It’s the place where so many wonderful childhood memories were made! In 1988, Coni and Bob Keyes opened the petting farm in Kissimmee under the cool live oaks. For years, it was the go-to spot for kids to have their first encounter with farm animals including alpacas, bunnies, calves, ponies, chickens, tortoises and pigs, fall in love with free-roaming peacocks, or enjoy a hayride.
Thanks to the City of Kissimmee, the petting farm has made a comeback and can now be found at Lancaster Ranch Park. Come and experience the magic of visiting our animals at the petting farm, take a scenic hayride through “Old Florida,” catch a glimpse of cattle grazing in the distance, and simply enjoy a day outdoors.
